Hey, I'm Garrett Cimino!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 17 years of experience, and I work with older adolescents, young adults, and high-level professionals—especially health-care providers and clinicians who are carrying a lot and rarely get to just be human. Therapy with me is a real conversation in a space where you can be honest, feel supported, and not have to perform or “hold it together.”

I specialize in depression, including feeling numb, unmotivated, stuck, or exhausted from trying to function. I use a mix of person-centered counseling, narrative therapy, somatic approaches, EMDR, and existential techniques to help you untangle what’s happening in your mind and body, shift the stories that keep you trapped, and build practical tools that actually fit your life. Sessions are collaborative, flexible, and grounded in warmth, curiosity, and (when it helps) a bit of humor—because sometimes laughing at the chaos is part of healing.

Hey, I'm Melinda Watson!

I’m a Certified Social Worker and a Certified Family Life Educator, specializing in ADHD-informed therapy for children (ages 5+), teens, and young adults. I support clients who struggle with ADHD-related challenges like focus issues, forgetfulness, procrastination, overwhelm, impulsivity, and emotional dysregulation that can make school, relationships, and daily routines feel harder than they “should.”

My style is warm, practical, and strengths-based. In our sessions, we focus on understanding how your brain works, reducing shame, and building tools that actually fit your life so you can follow through, feel more organized, and stop getting stuck in the same frustrating cycles.

What you can expect in a session with me: a safe, supportive space where you can show up as you are, a customized plan tailored to your goals, and real-world strategies you can use between sessions—like routine-building, time and task management, emotional regulation skills, and communication tools. I integrate evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT-informed skills, mindfulness-based techniques (MBSR), and motivational interviewing to support focus, follow-through, and confidence.

My mission is to help clients reclaim a sense of agency, build resilience, and feel empowered to navigate life with more steadiness and self-trust. I’m passionate about working with young people, and I aim to create a space where you feel heard, validated, and capable of real change.
